PRACTICE

Apex Hand Therapy is owned and operated by Bharat Vallurupalli, an Occupational Therapist (OT) & Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Apex Hand Therapy was established in January 2010 to provide therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation for persons with hand and upper extremity conditions to restore optimal upper extremity function. We offer services for both children and adults with a wide range of hand and upper extremity conditions.

• All of our therapists are Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs) with excellent knowledge & experience. 
• All treatment is done by CHTs and we do not use technicians or assistants.
• We use evidence-based practice to provide you the highest level of care for maximal & quick recovery.
• Each & every therapy session is hands-on and strictly one to one in private rooms. You will have the undivided attention of your therapist the entire duration of your session. We believe that early intervention, good documentation, patient education, carefully monitored clinical course and a highly coordinated doctor-hand therapist rehabilitation program are critical for maximal recovery.
• Unlike many practices, we disinfect all euipment (and change splint pan water) after each use/patient. 
• We are cost effective and we have the best rates in the DC metro area.
• We offer late hours on weekdays and weekend hours. 
• We will accommodate all new patients within one to two business days.
