Cancellation Policy
- $80.00 fee will be charged for late arrivals (10 minutes or more), missed appointments and appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled during normal business hours (Monday – Friday between 8 am to 5 pm).
Inclement Weather Policy
- Please call or text (703) 242-4263 to check if we are open. Appointments canceled during inclement weather are not subject to cancellation policy.
